REFUND POLICY

To reserve an appointment a retainer fee is required.  All retaining fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Appointments must be canceled 48hr prior to the appointment or they are subject to a 50% late cancellation fee which will be processed to the clients card on file. No shows will be charged 100% of the service.

Late arrivals, 15 minutes or more past a scheduled appointment, are subject to cancellation and will be considered a No Show. 

If the client cancels for any reason or if Ms. Parker (Owner of Brow To The Gods Beauty Bar) finds that a client’s medical condition would interfere with the performing of services during the appointment, then the pre-scheduled appointment will automatically cancel and is subject to the 50% late cancelation fee. 

All sales are FINAL.  There are no refunds for services rendered.  Reasonable accommodations may be provided for customer satisfaction at Brow To The Gods Beauty Bar’s discretion.

BOOKING POLICY

We do request that appointments are booked no less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled time. You must pay a $100 retaining fee to secure an appointment slot. If you cannot keep your appointment for any reason, please cancel it. Please do not book multiple appointments without the intention of keeping it so that our calendar is open for other clients. All appointment cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. If you cancel your appointment without 48 hours notice, you will be charged a 50% late cancellation fee. Retaining fees will be deducted from the total cost of service provide that no cancellation are made be it by the client or deemed necessary by Ms. Parker due to medical conditions.
